This view is as I walked towards the shores of Loch Morlich. The loch is fringed by trees and mountains and the late afternoon September sun was casting long shadows onto the soft ground underfoot. One of my favourite childhood holiday destinations, and inspiring to paint. Love the light on the far side of the water. Unframed
