There is an area south of Mallaig in the Scottish West Highlands called ‘Back of Keppoch’ - I was very taken by this small group of seven cows lying on the sand in a sheltered spot. This piece is painted using Unison handmade pastels on archival paper and is beautifully mounted and framed behind glass by Creative Picture Framers of Cirencester.
