Looking across to Ben Nevis, an imposing mountain in the Scottish Highlands. I really enjoyed painting this one, partly due to the extremes in dark and light in the clouds and the reflections in the loch below. The clouds mask the summit then suddenly reveal it, and sunlight backlights the huge mass of rock. Very exciting landscapes.
